What services do we offer?
Each stairwell and communal area is different but our communal specifications include:
Hallways, corridors, landings and stairs
- Dust banisters and skirting boards
- Dust and polish banisters and window ledges
- High-dust ceilings and light fittings, and remove any cobwebs
- Polish doorplates and fittings
- Clean internal glass panels and doors
- Clean lift doors, walls, control panels and mirrors
- Vacuum all hard surface flooring, including lift floor
- Vacuum carpeted areas on stairs and landings
- Wet wipe staircases
- Mop marble and tiled areas
- Deodorise all areas and sweep bin stores
Entrances
- High-dust around outside doors
- Clean glass panels on external doors
- Clean/polish push-plates on doors and entrance doors
- Polish brass/fittings on entrance doors and surfaces
- Vacuum entrance mats
- Sweep and mop entrance-way floors and steps (disinfect if required)
- Remove any litter on paths and steps, including car decking
Periodic Cleaning
- Clean communal stair windows
- Buff and polish marble flooring
- Sweep paved entrance-ways outside entrance doors
- Sweep/vacuum internal garage areas
- Disinfect bin stores monthly
All internal areas of the development must be sprayed with a room fragrance at the end of each visit.
